PORT OF BLUFF. SAILED. January 25—Hinetnoa, 212 tons, Bollons. for West Coast Sounds. Customs, agents. The Hincmoa cleared Bluff yesterday for West Coast Sounds and bays. The coastal steamer Invercargill has been detained at Port Chalmers owing to a shortage in her crew. It is understood that the necessary hands were obtained yesterday morning, and the vessel was expected to sail yesterday afternoon for- the Bluff and Invercargill. She should arrive back at Dunedin on Sunday, and is fixed to sail again for the Bluff and Invercargill next Monday. The Rosamond was expected to leave Wellington at noon yesterday with general cargo for Dunedin direct. She should arrive there on Saturday morning, and on completion of discharge will proceed to Bluff to load produce and general cargo for Wellington. The Maori arrived at Lyttelton at 7.3D a.m. yesterday, and connected with the first express. The Te Anau arrived at Napier on Wednesday from Lyttelton, and was to leave Gisborne yesterday for Auckland. She is due at the latter port to-night, and is fixed to leave early next week for Napier, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bluff. The Hnddart-Parker steamer Wimmera arrived at Melbourne on Tuesday morning from Dunedin and Bluff, She is fixed to leave Melbourne on Saturday for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The vessel is due at Dunedin on Tuesday, February 6, and will sail the following day for Bluff and Melbourne. The Waitomo arrived at Lyttelton on Wednesday from Wellington. Cloudy conditions have ruled to-day, ITesent indications arc for moderate to strong easterly winds, northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and variable breezes, with south-easterlies predominating elsewhere. Expect changeable weather, with showers In parts, more especially in the northern and east coast districts of the North Island. The barometer is unsteady.
