Received February 17, 10.55 p.m. Senator Pearce (Minister of Defence) issued a proclamation closing all hotels in the County of Cumberland, including Sydney and within five miles of any training camp in New South Wales, from 6 o’clock in the evening till 6 in the morning. The proclamation operates from to-morrow night until further notice.
