Word lias been received by cable to the effect that the Huddart-Parker steamer Hebburn. running under charter to tile Scales Line, arrived at Boston, U.S.A., on Friday last. The vessel took a record cargo of wool from New Zealand, ad left Wellington on the 21st December. Advice received in Wellington announces the arrival at Monte Video on the 4th February of the steamer Ocean Monarch, which left Wellington on the 6th January for London. There appears to be some doubt in shipping circles concerning the departure of the liner Indrulema from Xew York. Some time ago a Press Association messa.ge was received stating that the vessel had cleared the American port on the 4th February. No confirmatory advice has yet been received by the local agents, but it is assumed that the vessel has left -New York. She will come via Melbourne, Sydney, and P.risbane, and should make her appearance here about the middle of April. The liner Waimate sailed from St. John last Friday for Adelaide, Melbourne. Sydney, and four principal New Zealand ports. She should reach Wellington itbont the 22nd April. •The New Zealand Shipping Company’s chartered steamer Arrino arrived at Auckland from Townsville last Thursday morning and started Homeward loading. She left Calmouth, England, on November 21 with ;:uo tons of dynamite for Australian ports in addition to general cargo. She reached Brisbane, via the Capo of flood Hope, and discharged the major part of her explosives by January PI. Five days’ bad Weather were experienced after leaving the Cape. After calling at Rockhampton she left Townsville i'ii February 3 I'm - Auckland. The Vessel will proceed from Auckland to l.yUelton and Fluff to complete her Cargo for London.
