Received February 1-, 1-.10 a.m. The German Grown Prince, when visiting the Alsatian front, arrived near Basle. Suddenly French aeroplanes from Belfort appeared. There was a terrific rush of the population indoors. The Crown Prince took refuge in a cellar and motored to Altkirch when the airmen passed on.
