(By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright) MELBOURNE, February IE After consultation with the War Office and General Birdwocd it has been decided to organise two divisions of the new fifty thousand army in Egypt. They will be designed the Fourth and Fifth Australian division. Major-General McCoy commands one. The other command has to he decided. The third division formed here, the whole of the Light Horse Brigades now in Egypt, together with the New Zealand Brigade, will bo formed into a mounted division, commanded by Major-General Chaavel.
