Conner, prominently identified with the retail slice trade of Baltimore and Indiana, has had considerable experience with various forms of advertising. In speaking of these experiences Air Conner said:— "1 have just cancelled six painted display boards in Baltimore. 1 Imr.liy believe we can trace Kludol worm c.l business to these boards, while they cost approx;mately lilt Oodol. •■f don't think that car advertising is even worth talking about. We advertised a sale and it waS a joke. 1 later adrenised in tiic newspapers and sold my short lines.” Newspaper advertising Mr Conner said, is easily the best and most effective medium, as well as least expensive in the long run.
