SICKNESS OF SOLDIERS
REPORTS FROM HOSPITALS. (Special to the Times). XVELLINGTON, July 2D.. Following is a summary of the bulletins from tlie military hospitals yesterday afternoon; — Trentham: Of the cases that were still considered serious one was improving, one improving daily, t-wo improving slowly, two improving slightly, one slight improvement, one very little change, two condition tlie same, one improving very satisfactorily: seven progressing satisfactorily, and the condition of one though unaltered was not considered serious at present. Tauherenikau: Measles 11, sore throats 14, minor surgical cases 4, rheumatism 2; no serious cases. Solway (Masterton): no serious cases; now three measles cases, all doing well; throe influenza cases, all doing well. XVaikanae: The condition of the one serious case is slightly improved. Admitted la, discharged 36. The totals Cor the day were: Convalescent -It), measles 26, influenza 2, rheumatism 1.
