CHRISTCHURCH, March 33. Offerings of wheat have fallen off very considerably, and it is apparent that most of stock threshed grain lias changed hands. Prices remain about the same as at the end of last week, nominal figures being 6/S for Hunters and Tuscans and 6/9 for pearl, the latter now being scarce. The oats market is at a standstill in consequence of export being prohibited. Merchants do not care to make purchases with no outlet in view' beyond the dominion. Requirements and available supplies depend to such a large extent upon the .Southland crop, which is now being harvested. If that crop turns out well the estimated yield for the dominion of 10.194,037 bushels may be exceeded. There is some doubt as to the dominion's annual requirement of oats, but the following figures show that there is little exporting out of the crop of less than 1 1,000,000 bushels, the export figures being given for the twelve months ending February 2S of the year
