The Mexican elections resulted in the election of President Huerta arid the reelection of practically all the members of Congress. Pew voters polled, and indifference was shown everywhere. FEDERAL TROOPS IN REVOLT. VERA CRUZ, July C. A revolt has occurred of a large number of Federal troops stationed in front of the American outposts. The fear is expressed that Huerta will send a punitive expedition against the mutineers. In order to prevent a clash Carranza’s agent has crossed the line in the hope of avoiding any action within range of the American lines.
