S.M.. gave judgment to-day in the case in which booksellers were charged with selling ;m indecent book. “Thp Adventures of John .Johns." The magistrate held that’ there was a tendency for the hook to deprave and corrupt, and lie was satisfied that it was indecent Defendants were fined LZ each.
