The rinsing scene in connection with tiie Salvation Army Congress took place at the wharf yesterday evening, when forty delegates, hound for the London International Congress, embarked on the Manuka. A large crowd was present lo seb the delegates off, and appropriate sacred songs, such as "God will take care of yon." were given. Just before six o'clock the vessel pulled out.
