GENERAL ELECTION CANDIDATES. Speculation is already being indulged in with reference to possible political candidates in the Southland electorate, but so far as is known at present no candidates have announced their intention of contesting the seats witlt sittingmembers. The Clutha Leader announces that Mr George Livingstone, who opposed Air A. S. Aialcoirh at the last general election, will again attempt to dislodge the sitting member. I t .is also stated that Air Eustace Lane has expressed his intention of contesting (lie Napier .scat as an Independent Labour candidate.
