ADVERTISING AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph.—Press Association. —Copyright. MELBOURNE, August 18. Mr Cook says that as the States do not seem to be prepared to ’accept the financial responsibility of representation at the Panama Exhibition the Commonwealth is left alone to shoulder the burden. In the event of the States declining to act it is proposed to grant £20,000, which will probably be spent in •omo form of advertising Australia.
