TYPHOON AT MACAO
150 PERSONS DROWNED. (By Telegraph.—press Association. —Copyright). HONG KONG, August 18. A typhoon worked havoc at Macao. The sea wall of some newly-reclaimed land near Barrafort collapsed, and several houses at Tarafeiro were destroyed and many inmates killed. Several junks in the Macao roadstead were wrecked, and 150 persona drowned.
