Received 19lh, 11.5 p.m. The Kaiser, at a banquet in honour of Franz Joseph’s birthday, thanked him for ills efforts to preserve peace during the Balkan crisis. He added that the Austro-Germany alliance would he preserved for the benefit of the world.
