AUSTRALIAN LOANS
LONDON LENDERS CRITICAL. (By Telegraph.—Preso Association. —Copyright). LONDON, March 30. The Observer, discussing the financial outlook, says that Australia is clamourous for money, but the market is inclined to criticise where there has been any attempt to injure capital or raise money that would injure existing British investments. The market men want to know clearly the purposes to which Australian loans will he applied.
