Offenders will be prosecuted as trespassers. DRAGS or other vehicles plying for hire will not be admitted inside the main entrance gates during the race meeting. MOTOR CARS and other vehicles not plying for hire will be admitted to the outer enclosures provided for them free of charge, and to the Motor Enclosure on payment of 5s per car or vehicle per day.
