Received January 14, 9.55 p.m. Senor Manuel Calero, Mexican Ambassador, has resigned, owing to differences with the Home Government. He advocates the support of President Maclero, otherwise Mexico will bo deluged In blood and a series of revolutions. If the United Stales intervenes in Mexico all the Latin American Republics will take Mexico's part.
