Offenders will be prosecuted as trespassers. Drags or other vehicles plying for hire will not be admitted Inside the main [ entrance gates during the raco meeting. [ Motor cars and other vehicles not plying for hire will be admitted to the outer Enclosures proi ideu for them free of charge, and to the Motor Enclosure on payment of 3s per car or vehicle per day.
