CHIDLEY AGAIN

KCCKXTRIC BEHAVIOUR. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright) / SYDXEV, December -7. Received December -7, 8.3.7 p.m. Chidley, of "The Answer" fame, is ■again in trouble. He has been remanded on a charge of offensive behaviour, lie pa railed the streets in primitiw dress, and addressed the crowds. (Chidley was reeentiy commuted to a mental hospital, on account of his peculiar behaviour and scanty dress habits. A political agitation was started for his release, and lie was ultimately allowed to go free, on his friends undertaking that lie would not reueal his eccentricities. Apparently lie is incorrigible.)
