THE SITE CHANGED. (Dy Telegraph.—Pn-ss Association.—Copyright). LONDON, December 13, At the King's instance, the committee of the King Edward Memorial have substituted a site between the Pall Alai 1 and York's Column for the Green Park site. An equestrian statue will ho creeled there, and Lord Napier of Magdala's statue will be traitsferrod to Trafalgar Square.
