PHENOMENAL RAINS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright.) BRISBANE., April 11. Plienomcnal rains have fallen in northern districts. Forty-two inches fell at Innisfail in two days. Considerable damage was done to the sugar cane and other crops.
