By an explosion of flour dust the Primrose Mills at Glasgow were wrecked and four persons were killed and seven injured, two of the latter being In a critical condition.; (Per United Press Association.) He was driving into town in a gig hired from Messrs Heads and Hill, and through a misadventure collided with a milk cart opposite the Avenal Butchery. Mr Carrick’s horse bolted, and the occupant of the trap was thrown but on to the road. The horse galloped wildly into town and pulled up in front of Messrs Heads’ and Hill’s livery stables, Mr Garrick was picked up in an unconscious condition, and was-’ taken to the hospital in one iOf the Corporation drays. It was learned on enquiry last night that Mr Garrick had been badly bruised. He was in a semi-conscious condition and was suffering a good deal of pain, but it was not expected that his injuries would be of a serious nature.
