MALE AND FEMALE MURDERERS

Received November 13, 5.5 p.m. At Santa Barbara,’ California, a farmer named John Roch .and his wife have' been jointly charged with -murder. The body of their victim is alleged to have been buried alive. At Chicago Mrs Termllya has been arrested on a charge of murder by poisoning a policeman" with arsenic. The accused attempted suicide, but is recovering in hospital. It is alleged that she has killed twelve other persons by poison. Her motive is unknown.
