MB HEBDMAN AT PAIiMEBSTON S. (Per United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, July 12. Mr Herdman spoke at Palmerston South last night in reply to Mr Carroll and on other matters. He received an excellent hearing, and was accorded, A vote of thanks. BO2L B. McKENZIE AT WAK3BFZEED. NELSON, July 12. The Hon. R. McKenzie, Minister for Public Works, delivered an address at Wakefield to-night in reply to recent speeches by Mr Massey and other members, of the Opposition.
