SIB JOSEPH WARD'S PARS WELL. (Per United Press Association). LONDON. July 11. The Hon. L. V. Harcourt, Sir Charles Lucas, and many New Zealanders farewelled Sir Joseph and Lady Ward at Charing Cross. Sir Joseph expressed the pleasure the visit had given him. New Zealand recognised that hope was centred in the Motherland and the power of the navy. The attachment between the Homeland and the dominions was increasing. SIR WILFRID LAUBIER’S RETURN. OTTAWA, July 11. Sir "Wilfrid Laurier was welcomed home enthusiastically with displays of fireworks, decorations, and a civic reception. An address of welcome was presented by the city council for the important work he had done at the Conference. MR PISHER ENTERTAINED. LONDON, July 11. The Labour members of the House of Commons entertained Mr Fisher at breakfast in the House of Commons.
