CORDIAL RECEPTION. AN UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association. —Copyright.) LONDON, July 12. Received July 12, 11.15 p.m. The King reviewed sixteen thousand soldiers and sailors at Phoenix Park, also Irish Constabulary. He also opened an anti-tuberculosis dispensary. ‘The Prince of Wales and Princess Mary were present. Their Majesties were driven through the poorer districts and received the most cordial expressions of goodwill. A lady spectator, alighting from a tramcar near Dublin Castle, was suddenly enveloped In names as the result of a lighted match being thrown on her dress. She was shockingly burnt, was taken to the hospital, and died. The Queen inquired for her. Their Majesties held Court in the evening. Lord Inveagh has given the King £50,000 to distribute among hospitals. ANOTHER TRIUMPHAL PROGRESS. LONDON, July 11. The King and Queen made another triumphal progress through Dublin, driving from the Castle to the ViceRegal Lodge, where they inspected the constabulary. Thousands of people witnessed the review of 17,000 troops in Phoenix Park:
