THE PRAITD CHARGES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright). PERTH, March 21. The Crown Law Department’s action against Dyason, Bonwick, and Greenway, recently arrested In connection with the Chaffinch mine sensation, has commenced. They are charged with having conspired with others to affect by deceit the price of Chaffinch shares. Great Interest is evinced in the case, and the Court is crowded.
