Received March 18, 1.10 a.m. Madero, the insurgents’ leader, at El Paso, declared that the rebellion would not be ended till President Diaz agreed to the new presidential election grants, political reforms, and changes in the land laws. JAUREZ BABBAGES BLOWN UP. WASHINGTON, March IG. Charges of nitro-glycerine partially wrecked the Jaurez military barracks occupied by Federals. About 20 Federals were killed.
