THE PARISIANA CASTAWAYS.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association. —Copyright.) PERTH, Jan. 26. It is alleged that through the neglect of a civil servant the Parisiana’e crew had to travel 21 hours by train from Albany to Perth without food. They had no money. The Government directed them to be fed, but the officer neglected to telegraph instructions. The Premier has decided to draw the attention of the French authorities to the fact that provisions at St. Paul Island, where the crew landed, had not been renewed for eighteen years. The biscuits there were mouldy and unfit to eat.
