BOOT MANUFACTURERS' ASSOCIATION
(Per United Press Association). DUNEDIN. January 25. The annual Conference of -the New Zealand Federated Boot Manufacturers’ Industrial Association of Employers was opened to-day. Delegates were present as follows;—Auckland —Messrs T. Hodgson, H. Dearsiey, G. A. Colo?; Christchurch —Messrs J. A. Frostlck, F. O’Brien, and P. J. Delacour: Dunedin—• Messrs H. Pallott, W. McKinley and E. W. Roy; 'lnvercargill—Messrs J. Kin.island senr. J. Kingsland jnr. The agenda paper is very lengthy and the Conference will probably last until Friday, as several weighty matters concerning the trade are under discussion The following officers were elected for tlie ensuing year:—President. Mr W. McKinlay; vice-president, Mr H. Dearsiey: executive, Messrs J. Kingsland jnr., ]•:. W. Hoy, J. A. Frostick, W. Bninskill, T. Hodgson: treasurer, Mr H. Pailett; auditor, Mr J. Elvidge.
