BOMBAY, Jan. 21. ■ Savarkar, the Indian student who was arrested for sedition, lias been charged with aiding in the murder of Mr Jackson, the Magistrate at Xasik, on December 22, 1909. The prosecution states that, Savarkar sent 50 Browning pistols through a cook employed at India House by means of a box with a false bottom, thus evading the Customs. One of the pistols was given to Mr Jackson’s murderer. ____ _____
