IN JUSTIFICATION.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —lu May last reference was made to me in your columns as an old I’ossicker sent down to Coal Island because 1 was destitute and unlit for work. The work I have done there will prove to anyone that 1 am far from being an old fossicker, and at that time was well able, to do a good clay's work. —I am. etc., W.M. CAMPBELL.
