NEW CONTRACT CONDITIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. .MELBOURNE. Jan. 1-1. The manager of the Orient Company, at a conference with the Post-master-Genera!, made final arrangements for the now mail contract which will come into operation on February 11th. The Company will accelerate live speed of vessels between Adelaide and We.stralia, and equip the steamers with wireless apparatus as soon as stutions at .Fremantle and Sydney are established.
