Commission will be paid only on dogs registered in the foregoing manner, either by the Collector when out, or at the place appointed within the Riding. Commission will also be paid on dogs registered at the County Council Offices, Invercargill. 3. Each Tenderer must submit the names of two sureties, for the approval of the Council. 4.
