WELLINGTON, Aug. 9. 1 It hsvi been reported to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals that some rabbiters skinned a number of rabbits alive and let them go to see how far they would run with tiieir skins off. It is anticipated that it will not he a difficult matter to .secure sufficient proof to warrant Court proceedings.
