Japanese in Manchuria
INSOLENCE TO AMERICA. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. PEKIN, April 7. Four Japanese, apparently out of private revenge, entered the American Consulate at Mukden, ana attacked the native staff. The Consul-General had them arrested and conveyed to the Japanese Consulate-General. No apology has been offered.
