H was resolved that chapters lie uuthoris.’d to send representatives to the annual meetings, in addition to the right of tegistcrcd members of the Supreme Grand Royal Arch Chapter to attend imUviunaily. A proposal to ho’-d the meetings biennially was declined. The report retenred to the passing away of several prominent members aid resolutions, of sympathy were ; ass. d.
