Coopman and Young, of Smithfield, on a charge of adulterating colonial butler, were fined £2O On one count, and 20s on another. The prosecution did not proceed with a case in respect to a box of Queensland butter. The Agents-Gcneral arc considering the advisabieness of instituting a special prosecution respecting it.
