MELBOURNE, May 6
SomO indignation is manifested over the Customs authorities at Hobart refusing to allow a blind passenger to land from the Ituapehu from London till the agents deposited £lOO. The passenger is a "ellknown Glasigow majiuflacturer, who is touring the world with his daughter. Premier Heid is annoyed at the incident, and says if it is true then some person in the Customs Department is a consummate ass, or grievously misinformed as to the regulations.
