Admiral Penrose Fitzgerald has contributed to the Deutsch Revue an article describing Germany’s hostility to Britain and the probability of her attacking England m the event of trouble.. He expressed as his personal opinion, that if war must come it would be better that it should break out to-daj' loan bo postponed for a number of years or until Germany was stronger. The article has created a sensation in Berlin.
