The Gladstone Borough doth by this special Order make the following Bylaws under “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900,” and the amendments thereof and in pursuance of all and every and other powers in that behalf contained or implied in any Act or Ordinance enabling the Council in that behalf. The following is a statement of the object and purport of the Bylaw referred to in the above retoution : - To prevent r H e building of domestic buildings less than eight feet distant from the nearest boundary of the site on which they are built and less than 10 feet distant from the nearest part of any other building; To provide that plans of proposed buildings shall be (submitted to the Council for approval.
