Bowling Tournament
Twenty-four rinks have entered for the i Southern champion rink contest which Begins in -Invercargill at 8.45 this morning, and it is particularly gratifying to local players to find among- the competitors Sneddon, Carswell, McLaren. Mackie, I’a-yne, Allnutt, Dull and Lock. The order of the play will be : Southland Green—A Section : R. Taylor (Southland), J. Findlay (Northend), \V. McLaren (Dunedin), W. Carswell (Taieri), J. Hislop (Kaitangata), R. 11. Scott (Roslyn).
D, Section : S. Hunter (Southland), -I. E. Taylor (Northend), --G. B. Dall (St Ki-klai), W. C. Allyutt (Roslyn), H. Garforth (Clinton), W. Moore (Milton).
Northend Green. —Section B': W. Smith (Southland), J. Hain (Northend), C. J. Payne (Kaituna), T. A. Mackie (Taieri), J. Rutherford (Kaitangutaj, A. Martin (Gore).
