WELLINGTON, March 15
The Appeal Court &as- occupied with Paterson v. Fleming. In December last Dr Fleming proceeded in the Supreme Com't, Auckland, before Judge Edwards, for damages for personal injury sustained at Taurnngu by cattle landed there hy Paterson. The Judge awarded £.1250 do-Har-gos and costs, and from this decision Paterson is appealing.
