Steamers — somerset and Papanui. Ship— Wellington. The missing barque Milton Park, bound for Freuiantle, was sighted over lour months back in a hurricane, halfway be tween the Cape and St. Pauls. It is believed she has foui-dered. In press references to the wreck of the ship Loch Long on the Chatham Islunds. there is evidently a belief that the disaster was co-tetuninus with the tiring oi guns, which two women allege that they heard at sea about the end of August If so, where had the ship been during the four months that elapsed between her departure from New Caledonia in April and the finding of wreckage from her?
