Town Hall and Municipal Offices on Sections, five, six, seventeen and eighteen, Block three, in the Town of Invercargill. Andjiotice is hereby further given that the Baid j loan of £12,000 am? the interest thereon shall be secured upon the annual revenues rents issues and profits which may be derived by the sa?d Council from the said Town Hall and Municipal Offices and also upon all the general rates and all the annual revenues rents and income of the Mayor Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Invercargill aforesaid. And notice is hereby further given tbat the sakl loan 0f. £12,000 is intended to be raised by the issue of 120 debentures of £100 each repayable at the expiration of 20 years from the date thereof respectively and bearing interest at the rate of 44 per centum per annum payable half-yearly and charged upon the general rates annual revenues rents issues profits and income aforesaid arid that the principal and interest of the said debentures shall be payable at the Bank of New Zealand, Invercargill. And notice is hereby further given that it is proposed that the cost of raising- the said loan and the first years interest thereon shall ibe paid out of the baid loan.
