SYDNEY, Dec. 14. Received 14th, 10.45 p.m Tho ju?y in ttie Coningham di\orce case have been locked up since 11 a.m. Both sides refuse a majority verdict. Received lDtb, 12.55 a.m. Preparations for to-morrow's londitig are complete, and it will be a brilliant function. Lord Hope to un has v/ired that he is much touched with the desire to spare him trouble, but will be greatly disappointed if there is no procession. Received 15th, 1.2 a.m. At eleven o'clock the Coninjiham jury, having failed to agree upon a verdict, were discharged.
