It is also desirable that passenger accommodation should be provided, and applicants will be required to state what passenger accommodation would be available. The steamers would be required to leave New Zealand about once every sI.N (6) weeks ; steamers calling at noo less than three (3) nor more than six (6) New Zealand porte, such porte lo bo named In conditions of contract. From the final port the steamers would proceed to Freinantle, Westralia, and thence to Durban, Eoet London, Port I llzabeth and Capetown.
