CANADA WHOLE-SOULLED REGARDING AUSTRAL FEDERATION. TALLOW SALES. (United Ppbss Association. — By Electric Telegraph — Copyright.) LONDON, Dec. 12. Reuter's Ottawa correspondent reports that Sir Wilfred Laurier states in reply to the official invitation to be present at the inauguration of the Australian Commonwealth, that, if the ceremony could have been postponed to May, Canada would have sent a delegation befitting the importance of the occasion. He will be delighted to attend personally. The total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is equal to 2,155,000 quarters, and for the Continent 920,000 quarters.
