At a meeting of shareholders in the Eureka Gold Dredginc Co., held in the secretary's office yesterday evening, the offer of the ftlataura Consolidated Gold Dredging Syndicate for the purchase of the dredge was accepted. It is intended to remove the machine down the river towards Wyudham and to thorough ly prospect tho four claims held by the syndicate. Messrs H. Bastings, (>. R, Joyoe and O.
